Day 1: Nairobi
Our Kenya representative will receive you at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport and transfer you to Nairobi Serena Hotel for overnight. Accommodation based on bed and breakfast.

Day 2: Nairobi-Masai Mara
After breakfast, depart Nairobi for Masai Mara through the Great Rift Valley. Make a brief stop to allow you view the Rift Valley and take photos. You arrive at Mara Serena Safari Lodge in time for lunch. Afternoon game drives till sunset.

Located at the very centre of the famous 'Mara Triangle' of the world-renowned Masai Mara National Reserve, the Mara Serena Safari Lodge is the ultimate honeymoon safari destination. Set high on a bush-cloaked hill with long views over the savannah and down to the winding coils of the hippo-filled Mara River, it stands centre-stage to one of Africa's most dramatic wildlife arenas, with a ringside seat for the 'greatest wildlife show on earth', the legendary migration of the wildebeest.

Day 3-4: Masai Mara
Spend the whole day in the Masai Mara plains doing game drives and on the look out for herds of wildebeests crossing the crocodile-infested Mara River. Optional evening visits to Masai cultural village to learn their culture and dances. Each visit costs USD35 per person and you pay this directly.

Day 5: Masai Mara-Lake Nakuru
After breakfast, depart Mara for Lake Nakuru. Lunch at the Sarova Lion Hill Game Lodge followed by an extensive afternoon game drives in the park. Besides the flamingos that the lake is famous for, there are approx 400 other species of birds visiting the lake. Also, many species of game can be found in the park including the introduced Rothschild's giraffe, black and white rhino, waterbuck, reedbuck, lion, buffalo, leopard, baboon and many species of plains game.

Sarova Lion Hill Game Lodge is nestled along the Lion Hill overlooking the spectacular flamingo pink rimmed Lake Nakuru. Its location affords panoramic vistas of the Lake and the picturesque Lake Nakuru National Park. A short two hour drive from Nairobi, the Lodge is a favourite with residents and visitors to Kenya.

The Lodge is cleverly laid out such that most rooms and sitting areas afford stunning views of the Lake and the Park. The Lodge incorporates natural landscaping with tall acacia trees, winding walkways and greens dotted with bird feeds. Day 6: Lake Nakuru-Mt Kenya
After breakfast, depart Lake Nakuru for Sweetwaters Tented Camp located in Ol Pejeta Conservancy located in Mt Kenya region, with a brief stop at Thomsons Falls. Lunch at Sweetwaters Tented Camp. You can do day and night game drives around the private conservancy, which is home for the members of the 'Big Five' (elephant, rhino, lion, buffalo and leopard). The conservancy has a higher wildlife-to-area ratio than any Kenyan national park and is one of only four private game conservancies to have been founded in Kenya. At the forefront of the Kenyan conservancy programme, the conservancy boasts the largest black rhino sanctuary in East Africa, hosts the only chimpanzee sanctuary in Kenya, and shelters large numbers of rare and endangered species.

A sheltered oasis, clustered around a water hole and set in the pristine calm of the private Ol Pejeta Conservancy, Sweetwaters Tented Camp offers a charming blend of under-canvas ambiance and safari luxury.

Located on the plains of Mount Kenya, the camp features thirty-nine luxury tents, each with its own private veranda overlooking the water hole. The central Rhino Restaurant is housed in the former manager's house of this once colonial farm, and offers both regional and international cuisine. Also within the house is the Kashoggi Bar and lounge, which centres on a blazing log fire. The Waterhole Bar, built in the style of a game-viewing hide, overlooks the waterhole and offers unrivalled wildlife-watching.

Day 7: Mt Kenya-Aberdare
After breakfast, depart for Aberdares National Park. Arrive at Outspan Hotel in Nyeri for the 1330hrs transfer to Treetops Lodge. The Treetops Lodge overlooks a floodlit waterhole and salt lick which attracts a host of awesome wildlife at night and tourists view the wildlife from the balcony of their rooms or lodge verandah.

Nestled deep in the forest of Aberdare National Park, this world-renowned rustic Treehouse is dedicated to game viewing. Originally built in 1932, Treetops Lodge is famous as the place where the then-Princess Elizabeth learned of her father's death and ascended to the British Throne in 1952.

Treetops Lodge lies in the path of an ancient Elephant migratory route between the Aberdare Mountains and Mt Kenya National park, and is strategically sitted right in front of a watering hole and salt lick. Guests can drink in the sight of Elephants, Buffalos, Rhinos and more from the safety of four viewing decks and a rooftop platform. The lodge rises straight out of the ground on stilts and has four decks and a rooftop viewing platform. Being the original tree lodge, Treetops Lodge is legendry for its royal connection and the animals it attracts i.e. Rhinos, Elephants, Buffalos, Bushbucks, Waterbucks and many other species.

Die-hard animal lovers needn't worry about missed sightings, even into the early hours of the morning. An optional buzzer in the rooms alerts the guests when a spectacle is unfolding at the waterhole. This lodge-on-stilts is as space-efficient on the inside as it is unassuming on the outside. Trees grow right through the building. There are 48 cozy rooms and two suites, a lounge overlooking the waterhole and two bars. There is also a restaurant where dinner is served on charming old world refectory tables with bench seating. It is 17 km away from Outspan Hotel, where guests begin and end their journey to Treetops. Guests are advised to bring warm clothing as nights can get chilly at this lodge, which is 6,450 feet above sea level.

Day 8: Aberdare-Amboseli
After breakfast, a representative of Treetops Lodge will transfer you back to Outspan Hotel where you'll reconnect with your driver/guide to embark on a long journey towards the Kenyan coast via Nairobi. Stop at Safari Park Hotel in Nairobi for lunch. Proceed to Amboseli National Park. Afternoon game drives and overnight at Amboseli Serena Safari Lodge.

Set against the magnificent backdrop of Africa's highest mountain, the glittering Mount Kilimanjaro, Amboseli Serena Safari Lodge enjoys a uniquely privileged position at the heart of this world-famous national park.

Secluded within a grove of acacia trees, the lodge looks out over the golden savannah plains, with uninterrupted views of the mountain itself. Close by are a series of emerald green swamps, which are fed by the melting snows of Kilimanjaro. These, the only sources of water in this otherwise starkly beautiful but arid park, attract huge numbers of wallowing elephants, hippos, buffalos and plains game. Meanwhile, from the prehistoric site of Observation Hill, the sunset over Kilimanjaro is magnificent.

At the centre of 'Maasailand', the lodge's décor reflects the brilliant primary colours and iconic shapes representative of these legendary warriors. At the heart of the lodge, shaded by palm trees, is a free-form swimming pool; to either side of which stretch the rooms. Each room is housed in a single storey building opening directly on to the grounds, each reflecting a Maasai manyatta theme: each with its own hand-painted wall frescos.

Day 9: Amboseli
Full day in Amboseli with morning and afternoon game drives. You'll have an option to visit Maasai villages to learn their culture and dance. The Masai dancers charge a fee and you'll pay this directly if you opt to go there. Visit Masai Village in the evening to learn their culture and dance (at a cost of USD35 per person per visit and you'll pay this directly to the Masai Village).

Day 10: Amboseli- Tsavo West
After breakfast, drive to Tsavo West National Park with game drive en route to arrive at Kilanguni Serena Safari Lodge in time for lunch. Afternoon game drives with a visit to also Chyulu hills.

Superbly situated in the lee of Mount Kilimanjaro and sheltered by the volcanic splendour of the Chyulu Hills, this classic stone-built lodge overlooks its own water hole, which is visited daily by elephants, buffalos and a wide variety of plains game. One of the first lodges ever to be built in a national park, the lodge is cool, tranquil and hushed for optimum game-viewing. It is also ideally placed for visits to all the park's prime attractions.

Faced in volcanic stone and utilising the natural rocky outcrops of a valley known as 'the place of the young rhino', from which it takes its name, the lodge features a thatched central dining area and a rock-built bar, with a viewing terrace looking directly down on to the waterhole.

All the spacious ensuite rooms have their own verandas, some overlooking the waterhole, some the Chyulu Hills, which are one of the world's youngest volcanic ranges. As for activities, the lodge offers numerous game drives, guided walks, bush breakfasts, volcano climbs and trips to Mzima Springs, a set of crystal-clear ponds, fed by the melt waters of Mount Kilimanjaro, in which the many hippos can be viewed from a submerged chamber.

Day 11: Tsavo West-Taita Hills Wildlife Sanctuary
Breakfast and then drive to Taita Hills Wildlife Sanctuary. Arrive at Sarova Salt Lick Game Lodge, located in the heart of the Taita Hills Wildlife Sanctuary off Voi town, before lunch. All rooms overlook a waterhole and are linked by suspended walkways.

Sarova Salt Lick Game Lodge offers an unparalleled safari experience. The entire lodge is raised on high stilts above watering holes and feeding pastures offering a spectacular view of the wildlife from above and all around. The Lodge is situated in the midst of Taita Hills Sanctuary, a private wildlife conservancy of 28,000 acres at the foot of the Taita Hills bordering Tsavo West National Park, one of the world's largest game reserves. Day 12: Tsavo-Nairobi
Check out of your lodge at 1000hrs and depart for Nairobi. Complementary lunch at Panari Hotel in Nairobi (paid by Adventure African Jungle Ltd). Transfer to Nairobi Serena Hotel for overnight. Accommodation based on bed and breakfast.

Day 13: Nairobi-Mauritius
Transfer to Jomo Kenyatta International Airport to catch your 0730hrs South African Airways SA 183 Flight to Mauritius Island, which flies via Johannesburg, South Africa. Arrive at O.R Tembo International Airport in Johannesburg at 1050hrs. Connect the 1330hrs SA 7109 to Sir Seewoosagur Ramgoolam Airport in Mauritius. You will arrive at 1925 hrs and a representative of Le Prince Maurice will receive you and transfer you to their beach hotel. Accommodation will be on bed and breakfast. The hotel has restaurants you can buy your meals.
