KT 08: 22 Nights/ 23 Days Tanzania, Kenya & Zanzibar Safari

Day 1: JRO – Arusha

Our Tanzanian representative will receive you at Kilimanjaro International Airport and transfer you to Arusha. Overnight on Bed & Breakfast at Impala Hotel

Day 2: Arusha – Lake Manyara

Pick up from your hotel at 0730hrs and drive to Lake Manyara National Park. Lunch at Kirurumu Tented Lodge. Afternoon game drives.

Day 3: Lake Manyara – Ngorongoro

After breakfast drive to Ngorongoro Crater and arrive at Ngorongoro Sopa Lodge in time for lunch. Afternoon visit the Maasai Village (you will pay USD50 per person for the visit).

Day 4: Ngorongoro Conservation Area

After breakfast descend into the Ngorongoro Crater for a half day of game drive. You check into Ngorongoro Sopa Lodge before lunch and spend the afternoon at leisure by the Lodge.

Day 5: Ngorongoro – Serengeti

After breakfast drive to Serengeti National Park, via Olduvai Gorge archaeological site, with game viewing en route in the Serengeti.

Day 6-7: Serengeti

After breakfast depart for a whole day of game drives in the Serengeti National Park on the wildebeest migration trail.

Day 8: Serengeti – Masai Mara

After breakfast transfer to Isebania border carrying packed lunch. To be picked from the Isebania border by our Kenyan guide and continue with safari to Masai Mara Game Reserve, famous for wildebeest migration.

Day 9-10: Masai Mara

Spend the whole day in the Masai Mara plains doing game drives and on the look out for herds of wildebeests crossing the crocodile-infested Mara River.

Day 11: Masai Mara – Lake Nakuru

Depart Mara for Lake Nakuru. Lunch at the Flamingo Hill Tented Camp followed by an extensive afternoon game drives in the park.

Day 12: Lake Nakuru – Samburu

After breakfast, depart for Samburu Game Reserve. Arrive at Samburu Sopa Lodge in time for lunch. Afternoon game drives.

Day 13: Samburu

Spend whole day in Samburu with morning and afternoon game drives.

Day 14: Samburu – Mt Kenya

After breakfast, depart Samburu for Mt Kenya. Arrive at Alliance Naro Moru River Lodge around lunch time. Afternoon rest.

Day 15: Mt Kenya – Nairobi – Amboseli

After breakfast, depart Mt Kenya and drive to Amboseli via Nairobi. Lunch at Amboseli Sopa Lodge and afternoon game drives.

Day 16: Amboseli

Full day in Amboseli with morning and afternoon game drives. You’ll have an option to visit Maasai villages to learn their culture and dance. The Masai dancers charge a fee and you’ll pay this directly if you opt to go there.

Day 17: Amboseli – Tsavo West

After breakfast, drive to Tsavo West National Park. Lunch at Ngulia Safari Lodge and later set off for afternoon game drives.

Day 18: Tsavo West – Tsavo East

After breakfast, you’ll depart for the vast wilderness of Tsavo East, Kenya’s oldest and largest park. Lunch at Voi Safari Lodge. Afternoon game drives exploring the park where we can expect to see elephant, lion, leopard, buffalo, kudu, zebra and hartebeest.

Day 19: Tsavo East – Mombasa

Depart Tsavo East after breakfast and drive down to the coast and drop at Mombasa Beach Hotel. Relax in the beaches on your own in the afternoon.

Day 20: Mombasa – Zanzibar

A representative of Mombasa Beach Hotel will transfer you to Moi International Airport, Mombasa; to catch the 1215hrs Fly 540 Flight 5H0441 to Zanzibar. Flight arrive Zanzibar at 1300hrs. A representative from Tembo Hotel will pick you from Zanzibar International Airport and transfer you to their hotel, where we will accommodate you in a Standard Room on bed and breakfast.

Day 21-22: Zanzibar

Spend whole day in the beaches on your own. There are many beach activities you can engage yourselves at your own cost.
