Welcome to Adventure African Jungle Ltd – a KATO tour operator – offering African safari in Kenya, Tanzania, South Africa and Botswana, including family and honeymoon holidays in Zanzibar, Victoria Falls in Zambia, Seychelles, Mauritius and Egypt. In addition, we offer budget gorilla tours in Uganda and Rwanda, the home of the few remaining rare mountain gorillas. In total, we offer African holidays in 18 top tourist destinations in Africa.

Adventure African Jungle Ltd, a Kenyan-registered and owned tour operator, was incorporated by the Companies Act at Kenya’s Registrar of Companies and trades under the Certificate of Incorporation Licence No. CPR/2009/9135. The company is a licenced tour operator by Kenya’s Ministry of Tourism and it’s a bonded member of the Kenya Association of Tour Operators (KATO). Our headquarters is in Westlands, Nairobi.

The top management is supported by an experienced team of a tour managers, tour consultants, marketers and professional drivers/guides, most of them trained at the Kenya Utalii College , Africa’s leading institution in hospitality and tourism training. Our wedding and honeymoon specialists have trained and worked in the hospitality industry for many years and they are dedicated to providing you with quality service making all the difference in the successful preservation of your Africa wedding or Africa honeymoon memories.

Since inception, Adventure African Jungle Ltd has been a committed member of the Kenya Association of Tour Operators (KATO), Kenya’s leading tourism trade association representing the interests of over 300 leading and most experienced professional tour operators in Kenya.

Recently, Adventure African Jungle Ltd became a KATO Bonded member, which is an insurance scheme taken with a leading insurance firm, guaranteeing tourists who make bookings with us that they will be compensated should the company go into liquidation before services are delivered. The KATO Bond Scheme complements another comprehensive insurance scheme Adventure African Jungle Ltd has taken with another leading insurance firm to ensure all the money paid to us are safe and guaranteed.

Only KATO members are able to display the “KATO Bonded” logo on their websites, including other promotional materials, and the logo must bear the respective membership number to ensure that only bona fide members display this logo. Our membership No. is AS/490.

Is an African safari company not a travel agent. You will be dealing directly with the company responsible for the logistics of your African safari or holiday.

A team from Adventure African Jungle Ltd and its trading partners regularly inspect all the hotels, lodges and tented camps we have entered into contracts with for your accommodation to ensure our clients receive the best quality service.

Together with our network of suppliers, we have negotiated great discounted rates with top hotels and lodges, including conference facilities, in the major cities and in the African tourist destinations specified above due to the high volume of business we extend to them every year. And we’ll in turn reward you with great discounts when you book our safaris.

The most important link between Adventure African Jungle Ltd and our clients are our drivers/ guides. Our driver/guides are carefully recruited and to ensure we hire only the friendliest to our clients, knowledgeable of the game parks and African wildlife and have a passion for Africa travel.

All our guides undergo comprehensive training courses that include all aspects of wildlife and nature guiding as well as the finer details like preparing campfire meals and general safari etiquette.

We operate our own fleet of new safari vehicles which are professionally maintained, clean and with no accident record. The vans are fitted with high frequency long range radio for between the office and drivers while in the game parks, pop up roof to facilitate game viewing and ample window spaces to give you maximum view during game drives.

Since our contract rates with hotels and lodges are in US Dollars, we charge our African safaris and holiday in the same currency.

Our prices exclude all international flights and any charges applicable for visas to the Africa destination of your choice. However, we make local and intra-Africa flight bookings for clients who want.

As visa requirements can change, please contact the appropriate embassies or a visa agent for up-to-date visa information and requirements one month prior to departure to your destination in Africa. Please note that international flight tickets and visas are the responsibility of the traveller and that Adventure African Jungle Ltd and its partners will not be held responsible for clients missing their international flights or being denied entry.

Clients must keep valid onward/return tickets as proof, enabling the traveller to leave the country in which your tour concludes or proof of sufficient funds enabling you, the client, to purchase an onward ticket to leave the country. Be sure to have a multiple entry visa, for the relevant tours, to facilitate your re-entry into the country.

Your passport must have sufficient pages for all visas required en route. Your passport should have one page free for every country you will be visiting. Your passport also needs to be valid for at least six months after your departure from Africa. It is also advisable to have a copy of your passport – remember to keep it separate from your passport. You are responsible for ensuring your passports, visas and/or other travel documents are in order.

We have a policy to reply all emails regarding your African safari inquiries or any further queries or clarifications regarding your itinerary or holiday destination on the spot. Upon receipt of your email requesting an African safari or holiday, our Email Monitoring Officer immediately assigns your request to one of our staff and you should expect to get your processed itinerary plus cost before the close of business each day.

Once you have chosen any of our tour packages and confirmed booking, we’ll provide you with comprehensive pre-departure information, with a list of what to bring, what to expect, information about visa requirements and optional excursion costs. Our correspondence with you will include information on name of your driver/guide, airport-hotel transfer, airport pick up time and departure time.
